The sumptuous 'Elsa' is the chocolate designed in collaboration with the Born Free Foundation which rescues and helps rehabilitate wild animals back into the wild. This special chocolate has a layer of rich, dark Madagascan Vanilla, dressed with a splash of Fair Trade Pineapple, both of which, warmly embrace the zest of sparkly Lemon and Baobab Sorbet which is drizzled across the surface. These independent flavours combine beautifully to awaken your senses and transport you to new African horizons. 50p from the sale of the 'The Born Free Collection' will go directly to The Born Free Foundation.

Ingredients

Pure Vanilla layer: Cacao butter*, nutrient and antioxidant flowing cacao*, low GI coconut sugar*, Sri Lankan cholesterol balancing coconut oil*, vitamin high lucuma*, antioxidant rich Madagascan vanilla. Lemon & Baobab Sorbet drizzle: Cacao butter*, naturally low GI 100% birch tree xylitol, vitamin C baobab*, vitamin rich lucuma*, uplifting lemon oil with natural lemon flavour.  Dressed with a splash of Fair Trade pineapple*.

Raw. Vegan. Organic*. Gluten and palm oil free.

Made where nuts are present. 

*Sicilian Lemon & Baobab Sorbet is made with natural 100% birch tree xylitol and although xylitol is great for your teeth, sinuses, a third of the calories of normal sugar and helps the body's natural cleansing process to clear away allergens, it cannot be certified as organic.

Due to the handmade nature of our product and the varying weights of our ingredients we can not be exact about the weight of each piece of chocolate, however, we will ensure that each piece you receive from us will weight at least 36grams.
